THÔNG BÁO (v/v: Đăng ký tham gia các buổi tư vấn du học từ tháng 8/2023)

Xin lưu ý: nếu không xác minh được thông tin học sinh theo lớp, từ tháng 11/2023, đăng ký sẽ bị loại khỏi danh sách đăng ký hợp lệ.

Tiếp tục triển khai việc tập huấn và giao cho học sinh tham gia tổ chức hoạt động đối ngoại của trường THPT Chuyên KHTN dưới hình thức sinh hoạt CLB năm học 2023 - 2024, Nhà trường duyệt các đề xuất của CLB Lá (Leaf Club) về việc tổ chức các buổi tư vấn du học từ tháng 8/2023 của các đối tác nước ngoài như sau:

1. Tham khảo lịch và thông tin các đối tác:

Phụ huynh hoặc học sinh trường THPT Chuyên KHTN tham khảo thông tin về các đối tác nước ngoài và lịch tư vấn du học tại trường THPT Chuyên KHTN theo link: https://hsgs.edu.vn/vi/lich-su-kien-hop-tac-quoc-te (mục "Lịch sự kiện du học" trên đầu Trang chủ).

2. Đăng ký tham gia:

CLB Lá sẽ cập nhật các buổi hội thảo và nhận đăng ký tham dự hội thảo qua form: https://forms.gle/UBvoD6vNUis1jdVZ7 Các học sinh lớp 10, 11 mong muốn tham gia tổ chức hội thảo hoặc Ban điều hành (BĐH) CLB có thể ghi vào mục Ghi chú. Xin lưu ý: nếu không xác minh được thông tin học sinh theo lớp, từ tháng 11/2023, đăng ký sẽ bị loại khỏi danh sách đăng ký hợp lệ.
Học sinh hoặc phụ huynh đánh dấu (tick) vào các hội thảo dự định sẽ tham gia trong form đăng ký.
Thời gian chốt danh sách hội thảo: trước hội thảo 2 ngày.
Thời gian gửi danh sách học sinh cho GVCN các lớp, đồng thời, gửi email tới các email đăng ký dự hội thảo thành công: ngày trước ngày hội thảo.
