STEM Challenges

Our ANU STEM Challenges 2022 will commence from 3-30 October. I have also enclosed the flyer to promote this competition with this email. Could you please kindly share the information with your students?

This event is designed for years 7 – 12 (juniors are also welcome) and currently opens to students from Australia, India, Indonesia and Vietnam (other countries by request).

How it works

Every week for over 4 weeks, registered students will receive challenges via email and be asked to follow the instructions to participate. Students will then be required to submit completed entries by the prescribed deadlines.

Students usually use their own time, i.e. after school or at weekends, to complete the challenges they have chosen

The submissions will be judged by a panel of university staff and voted on each week, and winners will be announced via email. They will also appear on the ANU College of Science’s website and social media channels.

Prizes

There will be prizes and certificates from the Australian National University awarded to winners and participants
