The EducationUSA Advising Center - U.S. Embassy in Hanoi is conducting a Pre-departure Orientation for students travelling to the United States in the fall of 2018. The event is free and designed to help students to become well prepared before leaving their home country. Consular Officers, American and returning Vietnamese students will share information about travel considerations, academic, cultural, financial, and practical aspects of student life on a U.S campus.  This event will also serve as a networking opportunity for students going to the U.S. Program flyer is attached for your reference. Please help inform your students who are departing for the U.S. to attend this helpful program.

Date and Time: Wednesday, June 6 from 8:30am to 12:10pm

Venue: Ballroom 1 – First floor, Melia Hotel, 44B Ly Thuong Kiet, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi

The students will need to show copy of their I-20/DS-2019 (original copy not required) or school admittance letter in order to join the event.
